The Office of the Registrar coordinates the graduation application and review process for undergraduates. The following timeline outlines the review process:
December 2013 Graduation Application and Deadline: September 15
General Education and Major Department Review: October 1 – 31
Notification of Graduation Status: November 1 – 30
The May 2014 graduation application deadline is February 15, 2014. To apply for graduation, access the online Undergraduate Diploma Application located on myUMBC under the “Topics” tab, then selecting Classes and Grades. You will need your myUMBC username and password to access and complete the Undergraduate Diploma Application.
